The rent contract with “Carrefour“ is 10 years, renewable.

It was completely restored and opened again in April, 2010. Now it has the best aspect of all the washes of around. The opening license was obtained in 2010. At the wash 3-5 employees are employed and a manager. Income depends of the month and it is between 9000 and 25000 euros. The wash has system video with 4 cameras and an access through Internet that allows to control all entrancies in comfortable and easy form from any point.
